Aries- Ace of Ghosts (Cups)

The Ace of Cups is a very powerful, positive omen relating to love, happiness, affection and new beginnings.  Things are looking up! In general, people will respond to you with happiness, love, and goodwill, more than usually in the near future. You should be feeling good. This is a great time to make friends.

Taurus- Temperance

Temperance is a card about balance, in many ways, and relationships of all kinds. Friendships, family, romantic partnerships, and work partnerships all need your attention. This is also a card about alchemy or mixing and matching. You may have to try several approaches to things before you find what is truly right for you.

Although in general all your relationships are likely to be going quite well, you may need to look at your deeper personal issues and see if or how these are standing in your way. And if they are, how to work through them and integrate them. The idea now is to do what it takes to find balance, in yourself, in your relationships, and with your goals and aspirations.

Gemini-8 of Pumpkins (Pentacles)

The 8 of Pentacles can indicate a period of very hard work. This does not have to be a negative thing, but you must be prepared for it. Think about what it is that you are working for. This work can be personal or professional. Be prepared to ask for help if you need it.  The 8 of Pentacles in general points to necessary efforts. You will have a lot on your plate that you must accomplish. Dedication to the tasks at hand is important (and admirable,) but working for its own sake can be counterproductive. Be clear on what you are trying to accomplish. Strive for balance. No one can or should work all the time.

Cancer-2 of Pumpkins (Pentacles)

The Two of Pentacles is a card about balance, often also about partnership. You are likely to be trying to keep two broad areas of life (money and health, love and work, etc.) in balance. This card is generally considered to be a positive omen.  Two main issues are foremost in your mind. You may need to pull back from trying to pay attention to quite so many things. Multi-tasking is not your friend now, you may need to cut down on the things you are doing in order to focus on your two main priorities. Your financial situation may need to be more balanced, be sure that you are paying attention there.

Leo-Page of Bats (Swords)

The Page of Swords, like all court cards, can sometimes stand in for a literal person in our lives. If so, in this case, the page will represent a person who is younger than the querent, who is likely to have hair on the darker end of the spectrum. Pages also often indicate that a message is coming. In this instance, it may not be what you were hoping to hear. Virgo- The Devil

With this card you are called to look beyond superficial appearances and to go deeper into the truth and meaning of a situation. You also are asked to remember that when you're feeling restrained you nearly always hold the keys to your own freedom. Don't give up hope!

 It's important for you to remember that no matter what your situation, that you always have options to choose from. First things first, don't let other people tell you that your options are limited. If you come to that conclusion, be sure that you are coming to it on your own. Regardless, it will be crucial to remember that you can free yourself from whatever restrictions are holding you back, at any time you choose to do so. You may have the feeling now that you are not in control of your life; sometimes this happens as a result of your own actions, but more often as a byproduct of inaction. So, take action, take whatever steps you can to give yourself the feeling, however slight, of being in control. Even if that is merely making a choice on what you are going to have for dinner. Small steps are important, too.

Libra – Three of Pumpkins (Pentacles)

The 3 of Pentacles is a very positive card, particularly with regard to work and career questions, but it’s a good overall omen that you are in general, doing well.  The 3 of Pentacles tells you that the people around you appreciate you and your efforts, and notice the quality of what you do, even if you don’t get a paycheck. The 3 tells you to keep doing what you’re doing as you are on the right track (although there is always room for improvement.) You don’t need to scrap something and start again.

Scorpio-Three of Bats (Swords) Again this week. You must figure out the message being given to you.

Regardless of the way that the 3 of Swords card is depicted in most tarot decks (a heart with Swords going through it,) know that it is not all bad. Although there is an element of sorrow that is undeniable when this card appears, what lies on the other side of this sorrow can be enhanced understanding and joy.

Allow yourself to fully experience any sorrow or pain that comes up now, so that you can move beyond it.

This card can point to very deep emotional issues that must be addressed before you can move on. Denying pain does not make it go away (any more than denying a broken leg makes it heal.)

However, attention must be paid to balance here also as it must be paid with the Two of Swords. Allow yourself to experience any pain that comes up now, but do not wallow in it. You do not and should not wallow in grief or sorrow for long. However only you can decide how long is long enough. Others can’t decide it for you.

Sagittarius-Strength

Strength indicates the importance of mind over matter, and reminds you to focus on what you do want rather than what you don't want in your life. Its main point is that you have the ability to harness your thoughts and to use them for your - and everyone else's - highest good. Not only do you have the ability; you have the responsibility. So conquer your fears, control your impulses, and never lose patience with yourself or what you are doing.  It's important now for you to make time to meditate and contemplate and spend some time alone even if you are in a committed relationship and have 9teen children! Do not allow yourself to spend time in preoccupation and fear. Outward things will be going all right but what is of the most paramount importance is keeping your head on straight.

Capricorn-High Priestess

The High Priestess is a very spiritual card - often with sexual overtones. It can mean that the querent is in a phase where he or she is going to be much more physically attractive to others. She is tied to the moon, to femininity, and to inspiration.  This is a time to rely on your intuition and your inner knowledge, rather than your conscious mind or intellect. Pay attention to your dreams. Synchronicities are likely now. Aquarius-King of Bats (Swords)

Pisces-The Star

When the Star appears, you are likely to find yourself feeling rather inspired. You will be feeling more hopeful about the future, and more confident that your needs - whether these are emotional or financial needs or both - will be met. This is also a very spiritual card. You may find yourself for a time feeling at one with all of creation. Savor it. This card is a definite good omen.
