I agree. 12 or not he was probably too scared to do anything. 911 caller said he was pointing gun at people but not shooting. He didn't harm anyone but instead of Cleveland police shooting him in the arm or leg or even talking to the kid they shoot him in the stomach. Not surprised at all.

Their of lack of common sense in this case tells you that nothing was learned when they gunned down those to people in a car because they can't comprehend what a car backfiring sounds like. 

Again we have more lack of common sense. This was a 12 year old kid who in his mindset was playing with a toy gun and mimicing what they do in tvs and movies. This was a kid for Pete's sake. He didn't even shoot anyone at the park. The caller said it was fake. No one was injured or dead. They shoot a kid and now that kid is dead. Big problem.
